Collection and Use of Information

Natural Yarn collects information, which is only necessary to complete your order. We will never ask such data as social security number or the date of your birthday.

When you make a purchase we ask for information such as your name, email address, mailing address, billing address and telephone number (but not required).

We do not share any of your information, unless it is ordered by court. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

You can request that we delete your information by sending us an email request to yarn@naturalyarn.net Please include your name and order number, if the order number is available.

At no circumstances we will be sending a Spam letters to any of our clients. We respect your right to the privacy and will do our best to provide you excellent service.
