Payment and Shipping Options

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. In stock items, US orders shipped by priority mail and should be at your door within 2-4 working days anywhere in the U.S.A. If not delivered by the 15th day, call our customer service at (703) 730-3941 5:00am - 9:00pm EST Monday through Friday, and we will be happy to assist you in tracking the order. Shipping and handling charges are listed below.

Shipping within the USA:

5 skeins      - $3.00
10 skeins     -$6.00
15 skeins     -$9.00
over 20 skeins  - free shipping

It will take about two weeks for Anny Blatt and Bouton d'Or yarn to get to you. Noro yarn in stock shipped the next day. We will inform you about delivery date for out of stock Noro yarn.

Payment and Shipping outside the U.S.

We are happy to inform you that we ship to any country, however, we can not provide insurance for the items shipped to the countries other then USA.

Cancellation Policy

There is 3% fee applied to the customer (from the total amount, including shipping) for the cancellation of the order. Cancellation of the order can be done only if the item/s were not shipped yet.

Returns Policy

Refunds should be requested in writing to yarn@naturalyarn.net within 15 days (starting from the day of purchase). There are no refunds issued after 15 days (count starts from the day of purchase).
There is 3% fee charged to the customer (from the total order, including shipping charges) for any returned orders.
Sorry, we do not refund and shipping costs.
